Gisele Veilleux, of ProfessionalDocs.com, located in Central Florida, announced today that the User Reference Manual for PC Dispatch, Inc. written in RoboHelp HTML format will be revised to reflect the new release of 1.3b for a specific Southwest client.
PC Dispatch, Inc. has also recently included hotspots within their VMS Logic program that link to both the User Reference and Training Manuals completed by ProfessionalDocs.

Gisele Veilleux, of ProfessionalDocs.com, located in Central Florida, announced today that the User Reference Manual for PC Dispatch, Inc. is completed and written in RoboHelp’s HTML format. The Training Manual is expected to be complete by January 1, 2006.
The Manuals detail their latest product, VMS Logic, currently used by several major clients.
The PC Dispatch products were originally DOS-based. PC Dispatch has been the leader in the taxi and ground transportation industry in providing enterprise-wide solutions. The manuals written by Gisele Veilleux of ProfessionalDocs.com reflect their new line of products converted to .NET (windows-based) technology.
“We’re looking forward to getting all of our technical and user manuals completed once the products are ready. We strongly believe that these manuals will assist our customers and future employees that come on board,” explained Dermott Dessert, head of sales for PC Dispatch. “I actually went through the Training Manual myself. Our VMS Logic product is robust and comprehensive, including Inventory Control and other very complicated functions; however, the Training Manual was easy-to-use and understand.”
