Press Release

November 3, 2005

Gisele Veilleux, of ProfessionalDocs.com, located in Central Florida, announced today that a local unnamed designer has hired ProfessionalDocs to design a website for a new product to be manufactured online.

“I have already completed the website, which gave us a good visual idea of how the product will be marketed and sold,”  explained Ms. Veilleux.

The Designer has also hired ProfessionalDocs to subcontract a local artist and U.S. manufacturer.  “I will be requesting quotes for the manufacturing of the new product and working with the Designer to see this project through its completion.  Once we have agreed on the design and who will manufacture the product, I will then write and distribute press releases and begin marketing the product.  All along the way, I will be documenting each procedure so that eventually, when the product becomes successful, newly-hired employees will be trained to assume my responsibilities.  Maintaining proper documentation will ensure the quality of the product and the techniques used to market and sell it will be upheld,” Gisele explained.

“I chose ProfessionalDocs to take on this project from beginning to end because simply, I don’t have the time or the experience to document my efforts.  I am a designer, not a technical writer or a marketing guru.  I need someone with strong communication and organizational skills.  Once I started to create this product, I knew that ProfessionalDocs wouldn’t drop the ball.” explained the Designer.

“We’re waiting on trademark and patent requests to be approved, and as soon as they are, we will go live with our website and announce our new product.  ProfessionalDocs is ready to roll everything out!”

Gisele explained in detail, “Being hired to do this from the very beginning, to actually watch this product take on a life of its own is very rewarding.  Many times, we are hired to fix a company’s documentation that is in a state of real flux.  They can not find their files, their directories, whole sections are missing or things are stored all over the place… they are frustrated and they just want it to work.  A situation like that can be challenging; and it takes patience.  But when I was asked to take this product and create it, I was thrilled.”
