In June, 2005, PC Dispatch, Inc. located in Volusia County, Florida hired ProfessionalDocs to create an online quoting system that would be simple and easy-to-use and produce professional and accurate quotes within fifteen minutes.

 

The existing quote system used was generated by ACT and was template-driven.  PC Dispatch’s sales force found the existing system inflexible.

 

ProfessionalDocs converted the quoting system and ported the data to Microsoft Word, creating a template and created a modular system with regard to  individual product descriptions.  A Pricing Sheet was designed to give PC Dispatch customers and prospects not only an overall pricing overview, but detailed product descriptions. 

 

Since the quoting system has been in place, PC Dispatch has learned that they were awarded the contracts based on their clear and simple approach in quoting their product.
